Open to
participants with more than ten years of group psychotherapy
experience
The workshop
will begin with a brief overview of Relational Group Psychology,
followed by Gillman leading a demonstration, supervisory group,
consisting of her own supervisees, for approximately 1 hour.
Discussion to follow, panel, audience. The ret of the day will
consist of audience presenting their cases to the panel, followed by
general audience discussion. I would prefer that several attendees
be prepared to offer their work for supervision.

Learning Objectives:
The attendee will be able to:
1. Review,
revise, and expand theoretical assumptions regarding basic group
process, including concepts of therapist activity level, authority,
basis of interventions.
2. Identify,
analyze, and formulate relational concepts in terms of the
demonstration group.
3. Apply
relational concepts to the workshop participants' groups, via
presentation of their own work.
