This open session is about the issues and processes of developing group interventions in college counseling centers.  This open session panel is comprised of experienced mental health professionals who work in the student-counseling venue and seek to provide basic information and problem solving discussion about group psychotherapy program development.

 

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Identify and address specific issues in the development of group interventions in the college counseling center.

2. Identify organizational issues specific to the college counseling center.

3. Plan for useful and appropriate group interventions in this patient population.
