Controversy about
the most effective treatment for addictions has emerged in recent
years. Though quite distinct - Twelve-Step Recovery, Cognitive
Behavioral Treatment, and Harm Reduction Therapy - these presenters
have synthesized cognitive, motivational, psychoanalytical, and/or
spiritual approaches. They will demonstrate each model, then
present a theoretical overview, followed by audience discussion.

major models to treating addiction.
