The Group Therapist as Corporate Trainer

The Group Therapist as Corporate Trainer will assist clinicians to explore the corporate training arena.  Group therapists are natural trainers when able to provide active oriented training.

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Differentiate between group therapy and training.

2. Understand how to work with corporate culture.

3. Learn how to develop training intervention.

4. Explore resistance in taking powerful stances in corporate training.

5. Manage conflict on work teams.
