Healing the Split Inside: A Systems-Centered ® Path to Happiness and Success

Members will learn a central Systems-Centered (SCT®) method-- functional subgrouping (joining on similarities)--to develop a context for exploring and healing splits in their groups and in themselves. The theoretical basis for this method will be presently, and integrated with research on happiness and success.

Experiential-demonstration-didactic-sharing of work experiences

 

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Describe the Systems-Centered method of subgrouping;

2. Utilized the subgrouping method in a group;

3. Report recent research results on happiness, success, and SCT.
