Members will learn
a central Systems-Centered (SCT®) method-- functional subgrouping
(joining on similarities)--to develop a context for exploring and
healing splits in their groups and in themselves. The theoretical
basis for this method will be presently, and integrated with
research on happiness and success.

be able to:
1. Describe the
Systems-Centered method of subgrouping;
2. Utilized the
subgrouping method in a group;
3. Report recent
research results on happiness, success, and SCT.
