Group Therapy with Children: the Research and Clinical Base

The workshop will present a theory of group therapy with children and adolescents; what works and what does not in structured and unstructured groups. Selection criteria, working process by stage of development, methods of intervention and technique will be presented.

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Identify suitable group candidates.

2. Understand group processes in non-structured groups.

3. Learn methods of intervention.

4. Learn about the accountability of various groups.
