Workshop 54

Personal Change in the Later Phases of Group Development

Chair:

Ariadne Beck, M.A., CGP, FAGPA, Private Practice, Indian Head Park, Illinois

This workshop addresses the characteristic processes in later phases of group development in ongoing or longer term groups.  The later phases produce a more complex structure for the support of change in individuals' core issues, challenging both clients and leaders in ways that can be described and anticipated.
