Redecision Therapy in Action: The Experience of Change

Autonomy is the goal of Redecision Therapy and change is the focus.  In this workshop participants will experience the process of change on an affective, cognitive and behavioral level.  The didactic and experiential format will enable participants to learn and practice tools to affect change from a Redecision perspective.

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Learn basic Redecision theory.

2. Learn skills in contracting for change.

3. Identify and utilize early decisions.

4. Apply practical tools to facilitate change.
