The Strategic Art of Networking: The Use of Group Skills to Develop your Community of Practice

Chair:

Carol Dallinga, LCSW, CGP, Vice President, Practice Development Associates, LLC, Ardsley, New York

To develop a self sustaining practice requires that you situate yourself in a broader network of professionals. In building these relationships you develop and become part of a community of practice.  Networking, then, is  truly a group forming process. This makes practice building an expression of your group working skills.
