This workshop
explores improvisational acting; a tool which enhances the ability
to play, thus engage in new paradigms of behavior and perception in
a safe environment. It looks at the theoretical base for this
format, discusses its use to the therapist and the application of
the treatment principles involved. A brief didactic presentation
will be followed by the opportunity to experience improvisational
acting under the guidance of an experienced director. Comfortable
clothing is recommended since participants will be physically active
