Group's Promise: Enhancing Emotional Connection Between Members

Chair:

Gregory MacColl, LCSW, CGP, Private Practice, New York, New York

Being direct with one's feelings towards another is something most of us shy away from. By encouraging members to be direct, to share their feelings towards one another and the leader, we begin to see how they become uncomfortable and shy away from contact. We are then able to intervene.
