In this
workshop participants will learn the skills of moving fully into the
present moment toward the goal of solving problems and applying
common sense to everyday conflicts. Specific SCT® techniques for
undoing distractions will be presented and practiced using the
method of functional subgrouping.

The attendee will
be able to:
1. Identify boundaries in time, space and reality.
2. Differentiate between the past and future, and find the present
moment.
3. Describe and utilize the SCT technique of functional subgrouping.
