Being Here Now: The SCT® Journey into the Present Moment

In this workshop participants will learn the skills of moving fully into the present moment toward the goal of solving problems and applying common sense to everyday conflicts.  Specific SCT® techniques for undoing distractions will be presented and practiced using the method of functional subgrouping.

Experiential, Didactic, Demonstration, Sharing of work experiences

 

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:
1. Identify boundaries in time, space and reality.
2. Differentiate between the past and future, and find the present
moment.
3. Describe and utilize the SCT technique of functional subgrouping.
