The
Group Therapist as Corporate Trainer: Preventing Sexual Harassment

Group
clinicians have skills that can be transferred to the corporate
environment if they understand trainer posture and can manage the
dynamics of a professional work group. This workshop will
demonstrate a mini training on Preventing Sexual Harassment.
Boundary issues, shame reduction and active oriented interventions
will be highlighted.

Objectives:
The attendee will
be able to:
1. Differentiate
between corporate training and group treatment.
2. Assist clinicians to understand power, authority and control in
corporate culture.
3. Provide action oriented tools to reinforce Preventing Sexual
Harassment.
4. Identify the major forms of harassment and the fears associated
in victims speaking out.
