Dealing
With Difficult People

This session
will address the presenter's
concepts used a "Dealing with Difficult People" training
session. Participants will find these concepts useful in running
groups. Concepts that are useful in a "Dealing
with Difficult Group" will be illustrated and will assist participants to think systemically,
understand their responses and converse assertively with people they
find challenging in the work setting.
