Dealing With Difficult People

This session will address the presenter's concepts used a "Dealing with Difficult People" training session. Participants will find these concepts useful in running groups. Concepts that are useful in a "Dealing with Difficult Group"  will be illustrated and will assist participants to think systemically, understand their responses and converse assertively with people they find challenging in the work setting.

 

Learning Objectives:

The attendee will be able to:

1. Conduct a training session which will:

2. Identify the intention of the person they find difficult.

3. Identify the responses they have to difficult people.

4. Demonstrate that they listened to the difficult person.

5. Express their needs to the difficult person.
