Leadership, we believe, is co-created in vivo between the leader and the group. Both conscious and unconscious factors play important roles in this process. Insights from psychodynamically informed perspectives will be used together with a demonstration group to examine this process.  Implications for broader sociopolitical leadership will be explored.
