This event will utilize a Tavistock group relations approach to deepening the understanding of what happens when groups form and relate to other groups. Participants will have opportunities to learn from their own experience about intergroup processes, with a special emphasis on power and projection.

The attendee will be able to:

1. Analyze ways in which groups form and discover an identity.

2. Discuss that identity with other groups.

3. Formulate hypotheses about the dynamics and the culture that emerge during the event.
