Psychodrama,
through action, brings insight into our family roles. Bowen's Family
Systems Therapy addresses the differentiation of the self. By
separating thinking from emotions in close relationships, we may
adjust our own roles within the family and the
wider
community. Participants are invited to explore their own family
roles.
