Finding Common Ground: Organizational Development and Group Process Models

Areas of commonality exist between Organizational Development and Group Psychotherapy disciplines.  Classic group development models will be identified, highlighted and discussed. An executive search committee case study will demonstrate how the cyclic nature of group dynamics develop and evolve during organizational transition. Attendees are invited to share their experiences.

3. Describe the interfaces between organizational development and group process models.
