Workshop 73
A Visit to the
Here and Now
Chair:
Allan Sheps,
M.S.W., RSW, Private Practice, Thornhill, Ontario,
Canada
Many
meaningful experiences in a dynamically oriented group occur through
a heightened awareness of affect in the present moment. Connections
with one another and shared understandings are often lost when
stories aren't pursued in the present moment. We will work together
to enhance our appreciation of the power of the present.
Participants will also learn strategies that can be used to move the
group to a here and now frame.
