refinement of therapeutic methods,
exchange of clinical and empirical knowledge with colleagues,
exposure to current research and theory, and
the opportunity to participate in a multidisciplinary peer support network.
The AGPA Connect is the hallmark educational event in the field of group psychotherapy. Continuing education credits are available. View the full list of our National and State Accreditations.

E-Learning: Synchronous and Asynchronous
In addition to the variety of in-person meetings, AGPA provides continuing education offerings through our eLearning platform. Visit our Store/CE Center to view these programs--provided as "live"--synchronous and "self-study"--asynchronous trainings. Applicable continuing education accreditations are listed with their programs.
Developed by AGPA in cooperation with the International Board for the Certification of Group Psychotherapists, there are several training curricula available for group therapists. These curricula are valuable resources for the senior clinician as well as the new professional or student.
